Email signup information
Soldimat may display an invitation that says, “Leave your email for future Soldimat updates.” When a signup form is presented, it asks for an email address and explicit agreement to the statement, “I agree to receive email updates from Soldimat.”
The form stores the submitted email address, a duplicate-check hash, signup time, the source page path without its query string or fragment, the accepted consent wording and the collection status in the site’s WordPress database.
This collection records interest in future Soldimat updates. Email delivery, confirmation and unsubscribe functions require separate configuration. Soldimat does not promise a sending schedule or represent that an active mailing service is operating.
Administration and retention
Authorized administrators can view, export and remove newsletter signup records. These records are included in the relevant WordPress personal-data export and erasure processes. Newsletter records remain stored until an administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.
The signup system also creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers and periodically cleans them up. This does not mean the website’s hosting systems never record IP addresses; hosting-log practices have not been established for this policy.
